How Was Bluooo & Ti Born?

This brand was founded by two girls who share similar values. Our parallel experiences allow us to truly empathise with one another. In a world where relationships are often weighed against interests and gains, a world that feels absurd and disheartening, we choose to devote our time to studying and expressing love. Bluooo & Ti is our way of expression. At the beginning of the New Year 2025, we instantly connected and began to bring this vision to life. Each of our creations is crafted in collaboration with artists who are inheritors of the thousand-year Daqi (lacquerware) tradition, and with master artisans who have specialised in jewellery, making techniques for over twenty years.

Where can I buy Bluooo & Ti fine jewellery?

At present, Bluooo & Ti fine jewellery is available solely through our official website. Purchases from any other source are not authentic.

Do you offer custom designs?

Upon becoming our member, we provide you with thoughtful and personalised customisation services. We will establish memberships for clients whose values align with ours in our future engagements.

What is Daqi？

Lacquerware is now mainly displayed in museums, but we aim to bring its beauty into daily life, giving it new vitality.
Our Daqi is natural lacquer harvested from lacquer trees. It is durable for thousands of years, eco-friendly, and completely natural, not synthetic lacquer.

Can Daqi in jewellery cause allergies?

Raw lacquer contains urushiol, which can cause allergic reactions. Daqi artisans often develop sensitivities, and some people avoid working with Daqi altogether, while others gradually build tolerance. During the drying and polymerisation process, urushiol forms a stable Daqi film and loses its irritant properties, making finished Daqi products safe and eco-friendly for general use. However, individuals with strong urushiol allergies may still experience reactions. Please check your sensitivity before purchasing Daqi jewellery.

What is the production time?

All our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted. The Daqi technique, in particular, requires extensive time for polishing and curing. Therefore, after an order is placed, production is typically completed within 3–4 months.
